Victoria & team recently worked an event at my venue in Culver City and rocked it! She is respectful and through in understanding all the different rules and logistics of the space while maintaining the vision of the client which is very important and very rare in this industry. We are still on a high after the perfect wedding weekend. Victoria worked with my daughter and me long distance over the winter, resulting in a fabulous event early August 2014 at the Smog Shoppe, Culver City. From her invaluable advice right from the start, to the brainstorming during the intervening months, to finding the perfect vendors (great florist recommendation!), to keeping us all on track – all the way to staying on point the entire day, holding hands (and babies!), and seeing to all the little details that made the wedding so lovely and fun for all. We have gotten nothing but raves from all our guests.
My day of wedding dress shopping had me more than a little nervous. Victoria organized the whole day. We had appointments at all the shops (something I didn’t even know you needed,) plus lunch reservations. She emailed the agenda, with addresses, to all of us beforehand. The whole experience was flawless, and my adventure ended with a perfectly non-traditional gown that I love.
I felt extremely lucky the entire time, to have her expertise, good humored company, and guidance alongside with me as we went to our scheduled tours- AND she volunteered to drive there which was pretty amazing. I sat back, pulled up the gps, and enjoyed the beach view PCH drive, as we chatted on the way there. We chose the best, most personable, wedding planner out there- Victoria Flame.
When I was standing at the top of the staircase ready to walk my daughter down the aisle, seeing Victoria standing at the foot of the stairs directing everyone like a symphony conductor gave me lots of confidence and reassurance!
